Hello and thank you for visiting my site. As you know, my name is Frank DeLuca. I am your sales representative with Benco Dental. Above are words that I live by and may explain why I continue to come through your door. Please enjoy my site and feel free to offer any critisism.
I am a young, aggressive, attentative, and thorough sales rep. I am newer to dental. I have no problem admitting that I have much to learn. However, if you have any questions at all, I will get them answered for you in a timely fashion. Infact, that is one of my pledges to you. I will answer email and return all phone calls within a few hours max. If I do not have your answer, I will atleast acknowledge your request and give you a time frame that I will be back to you in. My background is primarily in industrial plastics and adhesives. It is in that industry that I learned that it is essential to get answers to clients FAST. It is also where I learned that deals are made and lost by pennies per unit. This is not to say that I will always be the cheapest. I can promise you that I will not be. But the level of service that you will recieve will far outweigh any additional costs.
This is a career for me and I plan to be here for the next 25 to 30 years. I look forward to calling on your offices and building strong relationships with you. I plan to build these relationships by being patient, consistent and following through. I welcome your questions and comments anytime!!!

Well, let me begin by telling you that Benco is a family business, just like yours. Our success hinges on how well we do for you. If we are not on our game, you will not support us. Our customers are our life blood, like your patients. There is NO Wall Street influence at Benco Dental. This also allows us flexibility. We are NOT constantly changing and cutting back our programs that help you. Infact they are being made better and more lucrative everyday.
Benco Dental is the ONLY company out there that will guarantee the amount of money that you spend. We do this by using % of Gross Production. We base it on Gross Production(GP) because if your practice is busy, you will buy more consumables and vice versa. To get this # all you need to do is divide consumables by Gross Production. Do you know what your % of GP is?? I would love to discuss this with you, maybe over a cup of coffee??
Benco Dental also has an incredible system for ordering. We call it Painless, and it is. It is guaranteed to help you maximize your free goods while reducing the amount you spend. It reduces your expenses by offering you alternatives to products that you select that are essentially the same product. It maximizes your free goods by telling you, on one screen, what the promos are on the items you have choosen as you order them. If you have favorites or shopping lists it will also inform you what items are on promo as soon as you open Painless. Our goal is to get you to a point where you place one order per week in less than a half hour.
I believe I also mentioned FREE GOODS. We handle ALL of these for you!! Our system catches your orders and automatically notifies your rep, me, that I have some work to do for you. I don't have to rummage through your invoices to find out what you have qualified for. I handle all of you free goods from my home office as well. No more rep using your fax machine. How about that? When was the last time your distributor rep reported to you on how many free goods you have earned??
Benco Dental also has a rewards program called BluChips. You can earn 1 to 6 chips per dollar spent. BluChips are rewards with choices. Choice are very important to everyone. They are your rewards, you tell us how you would like to use them. Vacations, electronics, Harley Davidson Motorcycles, service or goods. YOUR CHOICE. They never expire either. Has your rewards/rebate program recently changed?? Ours has not.
